SIM card problems
In doing preventive maintenance calls we have found in some rare cases that the telephone company has canceled the card, as it has not been used. They do of course continue to debit you the monthly charge!
For those more exigant customers, foreign residents, or those that do not want to get involved with finding the documentation required and going to a shop to get a card, we are now able to offer cards, based on the SFR network. The cards are checked regularly to ensure they are working, and connected to the network.

For those that have a card and wish to cancel you will find some form letters to enable you to cancel your existing contract.
You just need to insert the correct details for "Your address", "Date", "Your phone number", and "Your name".
TVA (VAT)
TVA is currently 19.6% in France, however for certain work, and this incudes Security systems the rate is 5.5%. To benifit from this you need to fill out either a simplified or a comlete TVA form. Both are availble for download here.
